Closing the launcher and opening it again usually fixes this issue, with the Account Name and Password fields usually being auto filled correctly after 1 or 2 attempts when this bug occurs. if you want to use your old account on steam, go to the Game's properties in Steam, go to the launch options field, and put in "-provider Portal" (yes with the weird capitalization) Though keep in mind you can't buy anything off Steam if you do this, it'll still go to the account linked to Steam.
